Local Financial Businesses Merge and Expand in the New Year

2016 brings exciting news of growth as we announce the merger of two local businesses, Jablonski-Madill, Inc., an investment advisory firm of Duluth, Minnesota, and Rosenbaum Business Consulting, LLC., an accounting, tax and business consulting firm of Superior, Wisconsin, into a new company: JMR Financial Group, Inc.

Alan Jablonski, President of Jablonski-Madill, Inc., explains how this merger accomplishes their primary goals:  “It transfers ownership to a new generation of experienced leaders in Nathan Madill and Robin Rosenbaum.  Rick Madill and I will remain with the new company over the coming years to ensure a smooth transition.  With this merger clients are assured that they will be provided with uninterrupted services for decades to come.  It also allows us to continue to improve and expand those services to provide our clients the best opportunity for personal and business growth, profit, and success.”
