US Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx will join Nolan in Duluth on Thursday.

[WASHINGTON DC] U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx will join U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan on Thursday for a roundtable discussion on efforts by the administration and Congress to invest in transportation and infrastructure.  It will also be an opportunity for local transportation and economic development stakeholders to discuss what tools they need to capitalize on transportation investment in an effort to create and grow jobs in northeastern Minnesota. Later in the day, Secretary Foxx and Rep. Nolan will also tour the Duluth port and visit the site of a Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant at the port.
