College of St. Scholastica’s Student-Conducted Economic Research Team asks Businesses to Participate in Business Confidence Survey

Dear Valued Business,

On behalf of the College of St. Scholastica’s student-conducted Economic Research Team, we are writing in hopes that you will participate in our short Business Confidence Survey. This survey’s results are a vital portion of our work to assess the economic vitality of a specific 15 county region in Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin.

This biannually distributed survey allows local businesses and policymakers access to measures of growth and progress in the region. Additionally, by gathering key local economic indicators and trend information, the survey’s results help us support business owners.

In combination with the University of Minnesota-Duluth and the University of Wisconsin-Superior, our research provides a unique snapshot of how the regional business community views its current and future economic outlook. Findings and analysis of the research will be presented at the next Regional Economic Indicators Forum (R.E.I.F.) Breakfast on the morning of Tuesday, November 1st 2016.

Filling out the survey takes 90 seconds or less and respondents remain completely anonymous throughout the entire research process. Business feedback is crucial to our research. The survey can be found here:

Thank you for your time and consideration in support of our economic community efforts. Further information about R.E.I.F., our research, and registration for the presentation breakfast can be found on the National Bank of Commerce’s website.
