DULUTH, MN – The Duluth Airport Authority (DAA) would like to welcome, Pascha Apter as the newest
member to the Board of Directors. Mayor Larson appointed Ms. Apter on August 14th, 2017 to fill a vacant
position, with her term expiring on July 1, 2020.

Pascha Apter is Co-Owner and CEO of Giant Voices, Inc., a marketing enterprise consisting of Giant Voices
and Giant Academy.

Pascha is fiercely-passionate about helping clients reach their financial, operational and marketing ambitions.
An entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, Pascha helps clients scale their enterprises to achieve
revenue growth and create market-leading brands. Pascha is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and
holds a B.A. in Mass Communications. Pascha lives in Duluth with her family and currently serves on Board of
Directors for Marshall School.
