Ralston Promoted to President/CEO

(Hermantown, Minn.) Centricity Credit Union has announced Doug Ralston as its next President/CEO. Since joining the financial organization in 2002, Ralston has served numerous roles, most recently as Chief Operations Officer.

In the company’s top leadership position, Ralston is responsible for directing, planning and controlling all activities while ensuring financial stability and member satisfaction.

Ralston succeeds Scott Lundgren, who is retiring after a 33-year career within the credit union industry. Lundgren joined Centricity – previously Hermantown Federal Credit Union – in 2001.

Bragg Wins Big Hitter Award

Steve Bragg recently received the “Big Hitter Award” at the Calhoun Companies Awards breakfast celebration in Minneapolis on February 20, 2018. This award was given to the six most productive of 21 Calhoun agents servicing a five state area.
