Ribbon Cuttings and Celebrations
Invite the Chamber to your celebration! We do all the work, you cut the ribbon. We can assist you with media, reception planning, and bringing the party – we ask our Chamber Ambassadors to attend ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings all through the year!
Just as members are our lifeblood of the organization, our ambassadorsare our heartbeat. We have a roster of about 25 ambassadors representing our members, averaging about 3-5 hours a month supporting the chamber. In 2019, our ambassadors volunteered over 600 hours!
A few of the fun things we do:
- Quarterly Ambassador meetings – updates and upcoming events, speaker presentation, Ambassador recognition
- Ribbon Cuttings – welcome members, greet guest, take pictures, help with set up, invite new members to events
- Monthly Luncheon – set up, greet, or registration table
- After Hours – welcome and greet members, and help with the registration table
- Recruitment – take initiative with non-member businesses you patronize or meet at events.
- Signature Events – Attend and volunteer at Chamber signature events

The Chamber will share our member list with our member businesses in order to promote opportunities within our membership.
How we share: We provide you with an EXCEL spread sheet with data organized by columns. We can also export them to 5160 labels, so your project is ready to mail.
What we share: Business Name, Address, City, State, Zip, & Phone Number if requested.
We do not share emails.

Our weekly updates are scheduled Fridays around noon. It is also shared on Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook 4x over the next 5 days. Each ad can have a clickable link back to your Facebook or web page.
This was a request of one of our members, and after a little thought – we decided, why not?! It’s a way for us to provide a low-cost marketing opportunity for our member businesses. We ask that advertising content comes to us ready-made. But sometimes small businesses might need a little extra help. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our chamber MEMBERS who specialize in this area. If you need quick help for a project for a Chamber Service (Weekly Update ad creation, Mailer, etc), we charge $50/hour minimum. Most jobs are one hour, if you require multiple changes, please be aware that it might result in additional charges. Thank you!
