Carol Valentini

Carol Valentini joined the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2022.

She is the owner/operator of Valentini’s Bistro in Hermantown, and Valentini’s Deli in Downtown Duluth.

Carol is very involved in the local restaurant association in addition to running her two successful businesses.  Her business is a staple at many community events.  She gets small business.  She is an important advocate, not just for our restaurant and food service/hospitality industry, but also for small business entrepreneurs.  Thank you for your service, Carol!
