David Kline, Vice Chair

David Kline serves as Vice President of Advancement and External Relationships at Lake Superior College. He brings more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and community engagement, most recently as Executive Director of the Friends of Saint Paul College Foundation, where he doubled the endowed scholarship fund and oversaw annual revenues of $1.6 million. His career also includes leadership roles at the International Wolf Center, Dunwoody College, the Twin Cities Scouting council, and the Target Foundation. David holds degrees from the University of St. Thomas, the University of Minnesota, and North Hennepin Community College. He is active in civic and community service, having served on the Saint Paul Rotary Club board and as chair of the Dayton Parks Commission.
